2 cups of atta flour1 1/2 tsp baking powder 3/4 C Warm skim milk2 tsp Olive oildash of salt (optional)
Mix flour and baking powder in bowl
Heat skim milk to luke warm whisk in oil and add slowly to flour milk, mix until into a ball.
Put back in bowl cover with towel and let sit for 10 mins
take ball out and make into 7-8 smaller balls once again cover with towel let sit for 10 mins.
Meanwhile flour a surface and heat a dry pan.
Roll each ball to desired size and cook on dry pan until bubbles start to form then flip leave on another 30-45 seconds.
Serving Size: Make 7-8 Tortillas
