1 1/2 cups oat flour1 T baking powderpinch salt2 eggs1 c milk or almond milk2 T maple syrup2 T coconut oil melted
Whisk all ingredients together to make a smooth batter. Spray waffle iron with non stick spray and preheat. Pour batter on to iron using about 1/2 c to 3/4 c at a time depending on the size of your appliance. Cook until indicator light indicates it is done or until golden brown. Serve with maple syrup, nuts, fruit or whatever you like.
