Stacys Mexican chicken and rice caserole

Ingredients
Black Beans - 1 can2-3 Chicken Breast, Boneless, Skinless (or already cooked chicken)*Mexican Style Rice - Rice a Roni, 1 full box cookedChunky Salsa - Mild, 1 jarGarlic powder, 2 tsp(remove)Lime Juice, 2 tbs2 tbsp hot sauce, I use cholula2% reduced fat Shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup
Directions
Cook chicken breasts in crock pot on low 4-5 hrs with hot sauce, lime juice, garlic powder and salsa.

Shred chicken. mix back in with salsa in crockpot.

Layer cooked rice, cooked beans, shredded chicken and cheese in an 8x8 baking pan.

Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes, until cheese bubbles.

Serving Size: makes 9 servings in an 8x8 pan
