Cauliflower, cooked, 5 cup (1" pieces) about 1 headGreek yogurt Fage, plain, 0% fat, .25 cup *Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 0.5 cup Garlic powder, 1 tbsp Pepper, black, 4 dash *Onion powder, 1 tbsp
Directions
Chop up cauliflower and boil until tender.
Add remaining ingredients mix well
