I actually used Jennie-O Ground Turkey Sausage, but that wouldn't come up on the ingredients list.SO 1lb of Jennie-O ground turkey sausage6 eggs (scrambled)1 Cup of Fresh Spinach1/2 of a Bell Pepper (any color, i like red)Seperate:Whole wheat or your preference TortillasColby Jack Shredded Cheese
Prepare Eggs to preferred texture.
Separately cook sausage until good and browned, add Spinach and bell pepper and saute with sausage for another 5-8 minutes. Prepare Tortillas. Put sausage and egg together on each tortilla, sprinkle cheese on top. ROll into a burrito fold, and either stick in plastic bag to freeze for later, or eat immediately.
Serving Size: Makes 8 Full Burritos, or 12 Smaller ones.
