Ingredients
1 cup hazelnut flour (ground hazelnuts)1/2 cup coconut flour1/4 cup unsweet cacao powder, organic1/2 tsp baking soda1/3 cup maple syrup or 1/4 cup molassas or 1/4 cup honey1 egg2 TBSP coconut oil, meltedfilling:1 stevia sweetened chocolate bar (with or without nuts) or 2oz dark chocolate, chopped1/3 cup almond butter3 TBSP coconut oiilhalf 5.4 oz can coconut cream1/8 cup cacao powder5 drops vanilla liquid SweetLeaf organic stevia1/8 cup coconut milk or almond milk or raw milk
Directions
Preheat to 350, combine dry ingredients, add wet ingredients, hand mix, drop rounded tablespoons dough on parchment-lined baking sheet and make thumbprint, bake 10-12 minutes or until firm edges, cool completely on wire rack, make filling and fill center of each cookie with rounded tsp of chocolate filling, store in airtight container in fridge 3 days, freeze up to 3 months
