Tina's homemade mashed Potatoes

Sea Salt, 1 tsp Minced Onion, 0.5 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 dash Garlic powder, 1 tsp Parsley, dried, 0.5 tbsp Russet Potatoes, 8-10 small - medMilk, nonfat (skim milk), .5 cup Blue Bonnet Light Regular Margarine, 8 tbsp
1 peal the potatoes cut in to small peaces
2 boil potatoes in water add onion, 1/2 tsp garlic make sure cook them tell nice & soft.
3 daring the potatoes and put into a large bowl
4 add spices, milk and some of the margarine to the bowl
5 then begin smash them all together add in more margarine as you go. keep smashing tell you get the consistency you like.
