1 pound ground turkey, lean1 small onion, chopped1 cup sliced mushrooms1/2 teaspoon garlic salt1/2 teaspoon pepper10 3/4 ounces low fat cream of mushroom soup, condensed3/4 cup low fat sour cream
in skillet, brown ground turkey, onion and mushrooms. Stir in garlic, salt, pepper, and soup. Simmer covered, 15 to 20 minutes. Stir in sour cream before serving.
Serve over rice or egg noodles.
