Vegan Strawberry Gravy

Ingredients
1 1/2 quarts cut-up fresh strawberries1 cup Silk soy creamer (plain)4 tsp all-purpose flour2 tsp cornstarch
Directions
Place sliced strawberries in medium-sized saucepan. Pour sugar over strawberries and heat, stirring off and on to avoid burning/sticking. Allow to boil for a little while until macerating/softening nicely.

Whisk soy creamer, flour, and cornstarch in a cup or small bowl until blended, then pour over strawberry mixture, stirring until the sauce gets fairly thick.

This is traditionally served over biscuits. I remember a thicker recipe than this, but I think this is a decent start.
