Ingredients
Parmasian cheese, grated 4TbspItalian bread crumbs 1/2 cupCanola oil spray 1/2tspCod 10ozSalt (optional)
Directions
Mix cheese, salt and bread crumbs and set aside.Drain and pat dry the cod, spray cod and then coat with cheese bread mixture. Spray on top of bread mixture to help keep it on the cod. Bake about 30 min. or until done.
