*catelli healthy harvest bow pasta, 4.5 cup *Club House Pasta Prima Pasta Salad Mix, 8 serving **Olive Oil, Extra Light, Bertolli, 4 tbsp *Condiment, Eden Red Wine Vinegar 1 Tbsp., 5 serving *Carrot - raw, chopped, .2 cup*Average Roma Tomato, 1 serving Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz), 0.2 cup Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long)*pepper, sweet red, .25 cup *Cucumber Seedless Long English, 0.25 cup St. Albert Mozzarella, 90 grams/3ozsalt and pepper to taste
chop up veggies, mix spice mixture with oil and vinegar in a bowl and set aside. boil pasta until al dente, about 9-10 minutes. drain pasta and rinse under cold water until cold. mix with vinaigrette mixture and then add veggies. finely dice mozzarella and mix in. chill in fridge at least and hour and mix before serving
