Mom's Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef2 tbsp corn flake crumbs2 tbsp liquid egg whites1 tbsp ketchup1 tbsp mustard1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper2 tsp onion powder
Directions
Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl and form into a loaf. Place on a baking sheet with a rack underneath (to allow grease to drip off). Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
