Strawberry Crepes with under 100 calories each

Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt, 5.6 oz tubGreen Farms Whipped Cream Cheese and Greek Yogurt, Strawberry flavor, 5 ozEgg, 1 largeMilk, 2%Vanilla Extract, 1 tspFlour, 1 cupNonstick cooking sprayStrawberries, 10 berries halved or quartered
For creme filling:
In a small bowl, fold cream cheese and Greek yogurt into plain Greek yogurt. Refrigerate.
For crepes:
in another bowl, whisk milk, egg and vanilla. Sift in flour and mix thoroughly.
Heat stove to medium-low. In nonstick pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, pour 1/4c batter into center. Swirl batter until you have a circle about 8" diameter. Cook for 1 minute. Gently slide spatula under crepe and flip. Cook another 20 seconds. Remove to plate and cover with paper towel. Spray pan and repeat until all batter in gone.
To construct:
Put crepe on plate, spread 1tbsp creme into center, fold over three times, spread 1 tsp creme on top and garnish with 1 strawberry.
Enjoy!
