Ingredients
1 Lb. ground sirloin 10% fat1 southwestern egg beater1/3 minced onion1 slice reduced calorie bread grated2 can campbells healthy request cream of mushroom souip1 sm can mushrooms
Directions
18 1oz meatballs
mix all ingredients except mushrooms and soup.Brown meatballs in small skillet may need to add water to pan to help cook., When pan is dry again and pan drippings are brown add soup and simmer stirring to get up all drippings. add water to thickness for gravy. Simmer for 30 to 40 min. Serve with 3oz potato, and 1/2 cup green vegetable
