2.5 cups Randall Deluxe Mixed Beans Fully cooked, rinsed and drained3 Radishes cleaned and chopped.1 tbsp. lemon zest1 fl. ounce lemon juice2.5 tbsp. E.V.O.O.4 oz. Wild Caught Pink Salmon Fillet..25 tsp. Chef Paul Prudhommes Seafood Magic 8 tbsp. Dried Parsley
Rub Salmon Fillet with Seafood Magic and grill.
Clean and chop radishes. Rinse and drain beans. Zest lemon and squeeze juice into a mixing bowel.
When the salmon is done allow it to cool to room temperature. When cooled finely chop salmon and add everything into the bowel and gently mix together by hand.
Serving Size: Makes approximately 10 .33 cup servings
