Tukery/Ground Beef Spicy Meatloaf

Ingredients:*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz (remove)Ground beef, 17.6 oz (remove)Garlic, 3 tsp (remove)Carrots, raw, 2 medium (remove)Onions, raw, 1 small (remove)Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, .5 cup (remove)Thyme, ground, .5 tsp (remove)Pepper, red or cayenne, .5 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)Salt, .5 tsp (remove)Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large (remove)*Ketchup, Heinz, 1 tbsp (remove)Honey, 1 tbsp (remove)Tabasco Sauce, 1 tsp (remove)
Shred carrot, and chop onion. Combine all but last three ingredients. Wrap in parchment paper, bake at 350 degrees until done - test with meat thermometer.
Unwrap meatloaf, combine last three ingredients in a small bowl, spread on top of meatloaf and put back in oven for a few minutes.
