Spicey Cucumbers

Ingredients
One peeled cucumber, about a teaspoon or so of lemon juice, and a dash of Pico De Gallo Spice (look in the international food section of your local supermarket)
Directions
Peel the cucmber, cut into 1/4" slices; squeeze some lemon juice on top, and add a dash of Pico De Gallo spice; toss to coat.

    i enjoy a similar snack.i like to bathe the sliced cucumber in lemon juice but instead of Pico De Gallo sauce i like to use a mexican "chili con limon" seasoning for fruits and veggies like jicama, cucumber, melons & oranges found in the produce section.for more heat i dash on some tapatio. - 4/19/09
