Sue's Granola

Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats1/2 cup chopped nuts1/4 cup raw seeds1/2 unsweetened dried fruit3 tbsp honey or maple syrup2 tbsp coconut oil1 tsp vanilla or almond extract1 lg pinch salt1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Mix all ingredients and spray on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.
