Beans, black, 1.5 cup (remove)Garlic, 1 clove (remove)Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp (remove)Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large (remove)Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 1 serving (remove)1 Med. Green Bell Pepper, .5 serving (remove)*^ Coconut flour - 1 tablespoon - 62.5, .2 tbsp (remove)*Whole Wheat California Role, .5 serving (remove)Avocado - Fresh - 50Cal/1-Oz./2-Tbsp., .5 serving (remove)
Mash beans add all vegetables minus avocado, egg and and mix. Grind oatmeal in food processor until breadcrumb like consistency. Coat in coconut flour. Add tbs olive oil to pan on med high heat. Sauté burger in pan about 3 minutes on each side or until warmed though. Add to one half whole wheat bun and top with 1/2 mashed avocado.
