Spinch sausage Quiche

1 tube:Sausage 1 tube: ground turkey 1 cup :Parmesan cheese real or Kraft ( Less is better) 1 of each :red, orange, and yellow peppers frozen spinach 1 dozen eggs
Cook ground meat / Drain and rinse
cut up peppers ( as many as you would like)
Have totally defrosted spinch and press excess water off
Mix 3 whole eggs and 3 to 4 egg whites with spinach and a 1/4 cup of cheese
Layer 1/2 meat in each pie pan
pour egg and spinach over meat
Sprinkle peppers on top
Sprinkle 1/4 cup of cheese on peppers and add pepper if you like
Bake at 350 -400 degrees for 35 to 45 minute.
Serving Size: makes (2) Deep dish pies ( Cut in six serving each pie )
