healthy fish pie

Ingredients
cod fish fillets 3 skinned bones removed4 large potatoes diced1 bunch spring onions chopped200g of low fat fromage frais 300ml milk47grams of cheese
Directions
cook the potatoes in a pan of water until tender.
meanwhile place the milk fish and spring onions in a pan and cook for 5- 8 minutes till the fish easily flakes.
mash the potatoes when cooked and add the warm milk fish and spring onions followed by the fromage frais and mix together well.
Place in a heat proof dish and scatter the cheese over the top.
place unter a medium heat grill for 15 minutes and serve
