Fancy British "Pub Sauce"

Ingredients
1 cup balsamic vinegar½ cup malt vinegar⅓ cup Worcestershire sauce (or Vegan Worcestershire i.e. Wizard's)1 (6 oz) can tomato paste 1 tbsp brown sugar4 cloves garlic, pressed2 tsp onion powder½ tsp hot mustard powder½ tsp sea salt¼ cup port wine
Directions
Boil balsamic vinegar in a large, wide frying pan over high until reduced by half.
Add remaining ingredients to the pan and continue to cook, whisking, until reduced to 2 cups (this can take between 10 and 20 minutes).
Can in a waterbath for 15 minutes or pour into a bottle, cool completely and keep in the fridge up to 3 months.
