*Flax seed (whole) (King Arthur Flour brand), 8 serving (powdered or ground works best) (one cup)*Nutiva Organic Hemp Seed shelled, 16 tbsp (one cup)Chia Seed (Nutiva)Powdered or ground is best) 16 tbsp (one cup)*coconut flake, unsweetened, 4 oz (1/2 cup)*Sesame Seeds, 8 tbsp (1/2 cup)Ocean Spray Reduced Sugar Craisins, 0.5 cupPumpkin seeds, 0.5 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry, 0.75 cup Prunes, dried, 0.5 cup, pittedFigs, dried, 0.5 cup Natural Raw Unfiltered Honey, 8 tbsp (1/2 cup)*Ground tumeric, 8 tbsp (1/2 cup)Cinnamon, ground, 8 tbsp(1/2 Cup)Raw organic cocoa powder (1/2 cup)
Simply dump all ingredients in and mix very very well. IF mix will not hold or is too dry you can add more honey OR a bit of melted coconut oil OR even raw organic juice.
Press onto a foil lined high side baking sheet, press well cover and refrigerate until firm then cut into 1 by 2 inch chunks.
