Butter, salted, 2.5 cup Brown Sugar, 2.5 cup, packedVanilla Extract, 2 tsp Egg, 2 largeOrganic All-Purpose White Flour, 3.5 cup Baking Soda, 2 tsp Baking Powder, 2 tspSalt, 0.25 tsp Rolled Oats, 3.5 cupCinnamon, 1 tbsp
Cream butter and sugar together in a mixer using a paddle attachment.
Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla
In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients and slowly add them to the butter/sugar mixture.
Scoop cookies onto a lightly sprayed baking tray, flatten them slightly, and bake at 325 °F (160 °C) for 14 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 40 cookies (use medium cookie scoop)
