Breakfast cookies

Ingredients
2 c quick oatmeal (not whole oats)3/4 tsp salt1 tsp salt1 Cup nut butter (almond, peanut,)1 lg banana mashed (1/2 cup)1/4 apple butter1/4 maple syrup( or honey)1/2 cup dried cranberries1/2 cup shelled pumpkin seeds1/2 cup raisins1/4 cup ground flaxseed(optional)
Directions
Bake at 325 for 15 to 16 min
1. Combine all ingredients in lg bowl. Mix with mixer, dough will be stiff.
2. Take 1/4 cup of dough and drop on parchment prepared cookie sheets. Slightly flatten cookie, it will not spread.
3. Bake 15 to 16 min until edges are slightly brown. Cool on cookie sheet. Stays fresh 1 wk and frozen for up to 3 months.
