Baked Apple Pork Chop

1 C Orange juice1 tbsp Lite Soy Sauce2 tbsp brown sugar packed1 tsp ginger, ground1/2 C flour1/2 tsp salt12 tsp black peppe4- 7 oz Pork Chops bone-in1 tbsp butter2 medium apples
Preheat oven to 350* Season flour with half of the salt and pepper and place in plastic bag. Add chops one at a time and shake till covered in flour. Remove chops and brush off excess flour.
Place butter in frying pan over high heat. Cook pork chops in batches for 3 minutes on each side or until golden. Remove and place in oven proof dish.
Add juice, soy sauce, ginger and remaining salt and pepper to the pan. Bring to a boil then remove from heat. Pour over chops. Place sliced apples over the chops if more apples place around and under chops.
Cover and bake 35 min. Remove lid and cook 20 min more. Serve with steamed veggies or roast potatoes and veggies.
