2 Tbsp of coconut oil1/4 cup of flour1 cup of broth drained off of cooked roast1/2 cup of water, more if needed1/4 tsp seasoned salt1/4 tsp of garlic powder
Heat coconut oil in pan, add flour, whisk until mixed with heated oil. Turn heat down to med and add broth, whisking all the while. When thickens add water until thins down and and keep stirring until throughly mixed and right consistency. Should make approximately 2 cups of gravy.
