Dough1 C skim milk2 eggs slightly beaten1 tsp salt1/2 c sugar1/4 c unsalted butter, room temp4 C all purpose flour2 1/2 tsp bread machine yeastFilling1/3 C butter softened1 C brown sugar1 TBSP cinnamon1/2 C chopped pecansIcing8 oz light cream cheese room temp6 TBSP butter room temp1 C confectioners sugar or to your taste2 tsp vanilla extractpinch salt
Using a bread machine.. add all dough ingredients and turn on dough level.
place on floured counter and roll dough to desired rectangle.
spread filling.. butter,sugar and nuts evenly.
Roll and cut into 14 slices approx 2 inches each. Place each slice in a buttered pan. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes or double in size. Bake in a 375* oven 20-25 minutes
Icing: combine icing ingredients in mixer bowl and mix until light and fluffy.
Spread on hot buns.
