Butter, salted, 4 tbsp (remove)Cream Cheese, 4 oz (remove)Whole Milk / Vitamin D, 0.125 cup (remove)Aldi's Fit & Active Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese - 1/4 cup (28g/1 oz)/serving, 2 serving (remove)*Aldi's Happy Harvest Whole Kernal Sweet Corn - 1/2 cup (120g) 3.5 servings per can, 3.5 serving (remove)Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper (remove)
Dice jalapenos. Drain and rinse corn. Combine milk, cream cheese and butter in a bowl and microwave for 30 second intervals, stirring each time, until smooth. Cover corn in cheese mixture, stir in jalapenos, until evenly coated. Add cheese on top and bake about 30 min. until golden brown and bubbly. Mmmmm.
