2 1/2 c. warm water1/2 c. natural yeast starter1 t. salt 1 T. coconut oil5-6 c. freshly ground whole wheat flour1 T. ground flax seed1 t. ground chia seed
Make dough 6-10 hours ahead of time. Mix together, put in a large greased bowl covered in a damp towel or oiled plastic wrap. Let rise 6-10 hours. Let rest while you oil the pans, separate into 2 loaves and shape before putting into loaf pans. Let rise in loaf pans for 2 1/2 hours before baking at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 2 loaves of about 12 slices each.
