Scalloped Potato

Ingredients
4 med potatoes1 large onion2.5 cups shredded old white cheddar7/8 cup heavy cream1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Layer potato and onion. Melt cheese into cream in small pot and add salt. Pout over potato and onion. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hrs at 350 until soft when fork inserted in centre.
