Kale Keto Fritatta

Ingredients
Bacon grease, 3 tsp Zucchini, 1 cup kale, raw, 3 cups Spinach, fresh, 1 cup Boar's Head Black Forest Ham, 3 oz Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 8 large Romano Cheese, 2 oz
Directions
saute chopped vegatables in bacon grease.
Add ham and cheese
Add eggs (lightly beaten)
Cook on low heat until bottom is set. (4-5 minutes)
Bake at 370 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes.
