Healthy Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat pastry flour1/3 cup granulated sugar1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/4 cup orange juice2 tbsp coconut oil1 tsp vanilla extract8 oz low-fat yogurt1 large egg 1 cup fresh blueberries1 tbsp sugar for sprinkling
Directions
1. preheat oven to 375. combine dry ingredients in a large bowl
2. combine wet ingredients in a medium bowl
3. add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients
4. divide batter into 12 lined muffin tins. Bake at 375 for 18-20 min.
4. sprinkle warm muffins with remaining sugar
