Skinny Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients
-2 Cups of Skim Milk- 3 oz. Fat Free Cream Cheese- 2-3 Tablespoons of Flour-Dash of Salt-Dash of Pepper-Dash of Cayenne Pepper-Dash of Chilli Powder-2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter-3 tablespoons Garlic Powder or 2 Cloves of Garlic-1 Cup Grated or Shredded Parmesean Cheese
Directions
-Combine Milk, Cream Cheese, Flour, Salt, Pepper, Cayenne Pepper, and Chilli Powder in a blend. Blend until smooth.

-Add butter to a medium sauce pan to melt.

-Add garlic powder of gloves to the butter and brown.

-Add blended mixture to the sauce pan and stir well.

-Bring mixture to a slow bubble boil.

-Turn down heat and slowly add in the parmesan cheese, mixing well.

-Let heat on medium flame for 5-10 minutes, stirring frequently.

-Let sauce simmer on low for an additional 5 minutes.

-Remove from heat and cover for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sauce will thicken.

-Enjoy!
