Banana walnut raisin (gluten & sugar free) muffins

Ingredients
1/2 c. coconut flour1/2 c. splenda or other sugar substitute1 T. cinnamon1/2 t. salt1 t. baking soda5 eggs1/4 c. coconut oil1 c. mashed bananas1/4 c. water1/2 c. chopped walnuts1/2 c. raisins
Directions
1. mix dry ingredients in a small bowl.
2. mix wet ingredients in a larger bowl.
3. add dry ingredients to wet ingredients blending with a mixer, quickly so there are no lumps. Stir in walnuts and raisins. Batter will thicken.
4. measure equally into 12 muffin cups.
5. Bake for 20-25 mins at 325 degrees F.
