1.5 C sifted flour2.5 tsp baking powder.75 tsp salt1 egg well beaten2 C buttermilk3 T. oil
Directions
Sift dry ingredients together
Mix egg, milk and oil.
Pour wet ingredients into dry.
Mix until moisten
Bake on hot griddle.
