Cut Crisco into flour to form base. Add milk if dough mixture is too crumbly. Form into a ball, wrap in plastic and rest in the fridge for an hour. You may also choose to skip the resting and continue on to making the buns. Roll dough out on a flat surface until even in thickness, and in a rectangular shape. Spread on room temp butter.Spread on sugar. Top with cinnamon. Roll up the dough to form a long log. Slice the desired thickness of your roll. Place in a greased cookie tin to bake. Bake at 375 until cooked, 15-20min depending on oven temps, and elevation. Watch closely!
