Ingredients
Spinach, fresh, 4 cup (remove)Mushrooms, canned, .5 cup (remove)Cucumber (with peel), 0.5 cup slices (remove)Bell Pepper, Red - 1 Cup, Chopped, .5 cup (remove)*Chopped Tomato's, 0.25 cup (remove)Beans, black, .33 cup (remove)Feta Cheese, 2T
Directions
Tear spinach leaves into pieces once cleaned and dried. Add the remaining ingredients all together in a large bowl. You can also add some chopped, hard boiled egg(s) if you want. Serve with dressing of choice.
