Ingredients
Half Block of Firm Tofu1/3 C Sour Cream1 Tbsp Dry Ranch Seasoning Mix1 green onion1 clove garlic2 Tbsp lemon juice ( may add more if too thick)salt & pepper to tastePut all in food processor and blend until smooth.Serve cold.
Directions
Mix all ingredients in food processor

Serving Size: Approx 6 servings but it's ok if you eat the whole thing
