Ingredients
0.5 cup Half and Half Cream1.7 cup Heavy Raw Cream, yogurt cultured0.5 cup heavy raw cream, creme fraiche cultured5 Egg Yolks, Raw 1/4 cup Erythritol 1/4 Cup0.5 tsp. iquid sweet leaf stevia1 Tbsp. Organic Vanilla Extract0.5 tsp. Almond Extract1 cup Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened)unthawed
Directions
1) In double boiler, make custard with egg yolks and half and half, cooking over simmering water until it coats spoon. Cool slightly over ice water.
2) Stir sweeteners and extracts into custard. Then stir into heavy cream mixtures. Chill until ready to make.
3) Pour ice cream mixture into freezer container of ice cream maker. Prepare according to manufacturer's instructions. Our self-cooling Secura model takes about 30 minutes.
4) When thickened and nearly frozen, add blueberries and finish freezing.
