Granulated Sugar, 1.5 cup *Splenda, 1.5 cup*Blue Bonnet Light Margarine,1 cupMilk, nonfat (skim milk), 1 cup Banana, fresh, 6 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .5 cup *Flour, white, 3.5 cup
Cream Sugar/Splenda and Margarine - add eggs and substitute. Alternate flour and milk and mix until combined. Mix in bananas. Pour into greased and floured pans and bake at 350 for about an hour - until done.
