Whole Wheat Crepes - KHUBER05

Ingredients
3 large eggs1 c skim milk3/4 c water1 T butter, melted1 c flour white whole wheat flour1/4 t salt1 t vanilla extract
Directions
Mix dry and wet ingredients separately. Using a whisk, slowly add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Let set for 15-30 minutes. Using non stick pan, heat to medium high. Add a scoop of batter and cook both sides so they have golden spots.
