Chicken, Perdue Chicken breastsShrimp, raw, 4 largeflour Tortillas, 1 tortillaParmesan Cheese, shreddedCheddar Cheese, Kroger shredded Sharp CheddarColby and Monterey Jack Cheese shreddedCONDIMENT - Dice Tomato Dei FratelliYellow Bell Pepperyellow oniongarlic clove.
Directions
chop chicken and pan fried and shrimp in oil
chop up the pepper and tomato, onion and garlic and cook in oil.
then place the tortilla in a pan with a little oil place all cooked food and cheese in the tortillas and fold half way a cook to a light brown.
