Ingredients
2 Pounds Top Round, Cubed1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil1/4 Cup Oat Flour2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa2 15oz Cans Kidney Beans, Rinsed and Drained6 Cloves Garlic, Crushed1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder1 Tablespoon Onion Powder1 Tablespoon Ground Cumin1 Tablespoon Ground Coriander1 Tablespoon Smoked Paprika1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce2 Tablespoons Hot Pepper Sauce3 Tablespoons Chili Powder3 Roma Tomatoes, Diced1 Large White Onion, Chopped12 Mini Bell Peppers, Chopped2 Green Onions2 Cups Turkey Stock
Directions
In a large skillet or Dutch oven heat 1/2 the oil over medium high heat. Add 1 pound of the meat and brown on all sides. Strain meat and place into crock pot. Repeat with remaining oil and meat.

Sprinkle oat flour and cocoa over meat and stir well to evenly incorporate.

Add remaining 16 ingredients and mix well.

Cover and refrigerate until ready to cook.

    Spicy without being overly hot. My family liked the taste while I liked that it was made from real ingredients. not pre-prepared processed components. No additional salt added - definitely doesn't need it, tasty enough as it is. - 6/1/14
