warm chicken and mushroom salad

Ingredients
Left over chicken breast, 21/2 onion, sliced thin10oz pkg mushrooms2 TBSP extra virgin olive oil2 TBSP Worcestershire sauce2 tsp thymeJuice of 1 lemonSpinachIceberg lettuceRomano cheese (2 oz)
Directions
This recipe was created to use up left over chicken breasts. Sautee onion and mushroom in olive oil. Add minced garlic and worcestershire sauce and thyme. Add chicken breasts cut into pieces. Sautee together until warmed through. Place over bed of greens and top with shaved romano cheese.

Makes 2 large lunch servings.
