Butter Mochi (

Ingredients
1 - 1 lb box of Mochiko Sweet Rice Flour1 C of Splenda (may substitute regular sugar of added calories)1.5 C brown sugar1 Can lite coconut milk3/4 C milk3 eggs1 stick of butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter and set aside. Mix flour and sugar together. Mix cooled butter, coconut milk, milk and eggs together. Pour mixture over the flour and sugar mixture. Pour into a 9x13 greased pan. Bake for 50 minutes. Turn oven off and allow to sit in hot oven an additional 30 minutes. Cool, cut and serve. Store in an airtight container.
