Whole Wheat Waffles

Ingredients
1 3/4 c whole wheat flour2 Tbs baking powder1 tsp salt1/4 c milled flax seed2 c milk (rice/soy milk work, too)2 eggs1/4 c oil
Directions
Mix dry ingredients. Separate eggs. Add yolks, milk and oil to dry mixture. Whip egg whites. Fold into wheat mixture. Pour into hot waffle iron.
