Stir Fry Udon noodles with mixed stir fry veggies

Ingredients
2 tablespoons Seseme oil3 tablespoons Soy Sauce1/4 cup chicken broth1 clove garlic, chopped or torn up4 tablespoons water3 tablespoons sugar (balances out the salt from the soy)1ish table spoons red pepper or red pepper flakes1 bag (2 packages) Udon noodles1 bag mixed stir fry veggies
Directions
Heat wok over medium heat

Add all the wet ingredients and mix constantly till heated. DO NOT STOP STIRRING.
It's easy to burn the wet ingredient's if your not careful.

Mix in the Udon noodles and veggies and cook until veggies soften up just slightly and the whole mixture is heated through.

Optionally you can add a bit of chopped or ground ginger to the wet parts if you like.

Makes, by eyeballing it, approx. 6 cups and that looks like a good serving size.
