Kickin Pinto Beans

Ingredients
Beans, pinto, 8 cupOnions, raw, 2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped Basil, 12 tbsp Thyme, fresh, 6 tspMarjoram, dried, 6 tspSavory, ground, 6 tsp (Water, tap, 32 cup (8 fl oz) Bay Leaf, 4 tbsp, crumbled Tomato Sauce, Hunts Sauce, 1 cupJalapeno Peppers, 4 pepperExtra Virgin Olive Oil, 6 tbsp
Directions
If using dried pinto beans soak beans for 30 minutes to 1hr before cooking
Sautee vegetables and spices in olive oil
Add in tomato paste
Add in beans and water and bring to a boil for 30 minutes. Rduce heat and simmer for 2.5 hours or until beans gravy
