Slow Cooker Fiesta Chicken Soup

1 Pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts2 Cloves Garlic, minced1/2 Cup Onion, diced1/2 Cup Carrots, diced1/2 Cup Corn1 Teaspoon Oregano1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin1 (10 oz) Can Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies1 (14.5 oz) Can Chicken Broth (I make my own :) )1 Lime, juiced1 Cup Salsa Verde
1) If necessary spray your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray or use a liner.
2) Add all ingredients into slow cooker and cook 6 hours on low. (PLEASE NOTE: Not all slow cookers are created equal; I only needed 4 hours).
3) 1 hour prior to finished cooking time, take out chicken breasts and shred them.
4) Return chicken to soup and finish cooking time.
Serving Size: Makes 6 (1 cup servings)
